Khan Academy uses JavaScript and Processing.js, which is written in JavaScript and is basically a library of functions that allows you to more easily create graphics. If you wanted to use what you've learned outside of KA, you would need to include the Processing.js library in your webpage.

I have the same question. But Crutchfield Austin made me think about another question. Does this mean I am not learning JavaScript? Noooooooooooo... Can you still use it as if it is JavaScript? (in a general)
-
Alfred, most of the 'logical' things you're learning (variables, functions, etc) are JavaScript, but most of the graphical things you're learning are Processing.js. Here is a reference of everything available in Processing.js: http://processingjs.org/reference/
If it isn't on that list, it's JavaScript. -
Austin Do you need to download it? If you do, how? When I click on the download link it comes up with this massive page of code.
-
Alfred, here's a quick start guide on how to include it in your webpage and use it with an HTML5 canvas.

Probably HTML and python I'm not absolutely sure about that
