Update javascript, let and const not working.

I noticed that when using certain declarations such as const and let, Javascript throws an error stating something like:
"'const' is only available in Javascript 1.7".
I think that declarations other than var should be able to be used. Khan Academy's Javascript should be updated, or should stop errors preventing certain declarations.
