MAPPERS- MAP Recommended Practice too low

I am entering scores for 5th graders who took the 2-5 test.  However, some of the scores are too high for the RIT bands, so it is assigning them recommended practice in a range lower than their score.  Is there a compatibility chart or a way that I could assign them a skill for the 6+ test?
