Personally I can as Sal Khan has said Khan Academy is a tool to help you understand mathematics in the end its all about you as your hard work and commitment to improve your knowledge shows just how brilliant you are I am truly grateful to have a Khan Academy Study Buddie like you in my life you continue to encourage me to learn and strive to do better at everything even though I have a disability and this is all Thanks to Khan Academy as it shows Khan Academy has made a difference in both of our lives.

Yes, Khan academy has helped my out with my math a lot, I use it almost every day for math and other subjects. :)
