SCHOOL END OF YEAR EXAMS IN 5 WEEKS

So basically, I'm a kid aged between 13-15, and I have end of year exams for my school on 5 weeks time.

These end of year exams contribute to most of my yearly grade, and will have a major influence on what stream (A1-5,B1-10,C1-5) I will be in. Currently I am in A1 (the highest stream) for all my core subjects.

I will have 2 hour long exams for each of the following subjects related to work I have done throughout the year for each subject: Math, Science, English, Social Studies, Language.

Could you please give me some advice and tips regarding how I should approach these exams, and what should I do to help me achieve the best grades possible.
