I keep just doing excersizes, and then i get this error code out of nowhere: "We’ve run into an error. This may be due to accessing this content from multiple locations. Please close other locations, then return here and refresh. If this problem persists, tell us. [Error code: STATE_MISMATCH:YWQ5NDNiMWEtOTU0MS00MD]"

the error is fixed by refreshing, but i have gotten it several times over the past few days, and this is the second time i've gotten it just today, in less than two hours (i've currently been on that much).

i was planning to submit a support ticket, but i'd like to know what the error code "STATE_MISMATCH:YWQ5NDNiMWEtOTU0MS00MD]" means please

i also only have ONE KHAN ACADEMY TAB OPEN, and that's what's doing this, by the way

I'm not 100% sure on this, so don't quote me here, but I believe that error means that the exercise data stored on our servers/database does not align with the exercise data that is stored locally on your device.

This can usually happen if you're doing the same exercise on the same account from multiple tabs or devices. If you're not using multiple tabs or devices, then this sounds like a bug.

Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can take a closer look at the problem?

i'm only on one device and using one tab, yes...and i thought i already submitted a support ticket. i'll check again and see if i did. thanks for the tip!
