I can't restart a video I've watched before. This has gone on for several days. All I see is the "restart video" page, but I can't click on it. When I click on it, nothing happens. My internet connection is full bars. Please answer as soon as possible, because I can't make progress if I don't know exactly how to solve problems the way that Khan Academy teaches.

Can you please confirm that you have disabled the video auto-play in your account settings? This can sometimes affect your ability to restart a video that you just completed.
If that doesn't work, can you try refreshing the page after completing a video? That should force the video to re-render and play from the beginning.

Evan Lewis i have auto-play automatically disabled because i have the "reduce motion and animations" turned on. also, I've tried refreshing several times, before i made this post. it takes several minutes to load, and then it pops up the end of the video again once it finally loads. thanks for trying to help though
Ok it sounds like there's a different bug going on here then. Could you please submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the issue?
If possible, please attach a screenshot of the issue to your support ticket so we can gain a better understanding of what you are seeing.
