Why don't my PSAT/NMSQT® scores show up after I connected to College Board?

Here are the steps you should take to straighten this out:

1. Login to CollegeBoard.org and check that you can see your 2015 PSAT/NMSQT® or PSAT 8/9 scores. We're not able to read in 2014 PSAT/NMSQT® scores or 2400-point-scale SAT scores.
2. If you can see your scores on CollegeBoard.org, visit your Khan Academy settings and click Disconnect from College Board.
3. The button will change to Connect to College Board; click it. You will be prompted again to send your exam results. Once that's complete, your 2015 PSAT/NMSQT® or newer scores should now be visible.

If your scores are still not populating after trying the above steps, please use the Report a problem button in the Help Center and send a Help request describing the steps you took. Provide screenshots if possible.
